What is Quantum Metal?

Rebrand in progress: Qiskit Metal → Quantum Metal. The PyPI package is quantum-metal (v0.5+; current: v0.7.0). A future release (target v0.8–v1.0) will rename the import path from qiskit_metal to quantum_metal. import qiskit_metal raises a FutureWarning — silence it with QISKIT_METAL_SUPPRESS_RENAME_WARNING=1.
