full_width_half_max¶
- full_width_half_max(x, y, peak_index)[source]¶
Get full width half maximum value of the peak. Offset of y should be removed.
- Parameters:
x (
ndarray) – Array of x values.y (
ndarray) – Array of y values.peak_index (
int) – Index of peak.
- Return type:
float- Returns:
FWHM of the peak.
- Raises:
AnalysisError – When peak is too broad and line width is not found.
